Taste		I bought this flavor so I could mix it with fresh fruit in my blender.
Taste		However sometimes I drink it alone and it doesnt taste too great.

Strength		i am 15 and after taking this product ONLY my bench went from 186 to 210 (off the bar) and clean went from 176 to 203 (off the bar) and lastly squat went from 278 to 335 (off the bar).
Taste		This product mixed with dedication and hours of gym time WILL pay off. it mixes well, it tastes great, no bloating, and it does everything it's supposed to.
