Taste		this is my first whey protein i m takin from 17th june 2013 ..and the taste is very gud and its dissolves quickly ..i cant say abt the changes in my body as its been a week i started taking it ..so as i hve heard from other ppl reviews i m sure i will get 2 see a change in my body after 3-4 weeks...keepin my fingers crossed ..i m working hard and hope will get the result ..cheers ..

Texture		Still mixes best in a shaker cup, nice a smooth.
Strength		I managed to shed 16 pounds while slightly improving my strength.
Taste		Strawberry is my favorite so far as it have a refreshing taste and is very hydrating when I mix with a little extra water.

Taste		Best protein I have tried, so flavorful just like a milkshake, sometimes i add additional veggies to it, the strawberry protein masks the veggie flavor.

Taste		In terms of taste I think Chocolate Malt is very good, I have only tried Chocolate malt and Double rich Chocolate which are both good.
