Taste		Never understood why this protein is so famous and popular, Awful taste, honestly makes me feel sick.
Taste		So many better Whey Proteins out there, I'd avoid this in the future and go with something that tastes like it comes from cows that arent on growth hormones or antibiotics, and without any artificial flavors.

Muscle gain		When I was really diligent in weight lifting I easily gained about 10 lbs of muscle with Optimum.
Taste		By far my favorite protein powder, it mixes really well even in cold water, and if you drink it as a snack add a bit of milk and you got yourself a great tasting chocolate milk.

Taste		Vanilla ice cream is definetly my favorite protein flavor so far, if you want to change up the flavor a little you can always add some chocolate or strawberry milk, Optimum whey is definetly the way to go.

Fat loss		I never had an upset stomach like I did with MyoFusion, and it helped with my weight loss goals better than MyoFusion or Syntha-6 did.
