Taste		I take ON proteins for when i am on the go and cant make a meal, it is basically my MRP, this Chocolate malt flavor is really good it tastes just like a malt shake!
Taste		its not too overpowering either, i mix this with a little PB and it tastes awesome!


Taste		I don't care about taste though as long as its got good quality and i'd have to say this one does.

Taste		Hands down best Protein and best taste, I add a banana just for the extra potassium and fiber after a work out.

Recovery ability		I also feel more recovered when taking this protein post workout as opposed to no protein.

Mixes well		Dissolves easily in a shaker and mixes great with other products like casein and peanut butter if you like to experiment with your shakes.


Taste		I use ON Delicious straberry it's the best whey protein, low sodium, low cholesterol, low fat and 24 g of protein per 30 g !
