Taste		great product... i have taken it in water and milk i prefer it in water its way easier to get down when your in a rush... it tastes great i take either 2 or 1 and a half scoops and have no problem with the taste... will be trying the ON stack and getting cookies and cream again for the whey protein

Texture		It tastes exactly like those girl scout cookies thin mints.

Taste		but I wasn't impressed with the taste.
Taste		however tastes great - it doesn't have that weird smell that some other powders have - it actually smells like chocolate.
Mixes well		It also mixes perfectly in a shaker cup with no chunks (the shaker cup is a great free gift by the way).
Value for money		As far as the price - You honestly can't go wrong - at least here in Canada.
Value for money		Even with shipping it's around half price of what I'd pay in a health store.


Taste		one of the better tasting wheys I have had I like that the mint is almost refreshing in my nostrils after i work out.

Taste		This was my first time mixing a protein powder with water and it tasted like garbage i couldn't drink it.

Taste		I have tried the French Vanilla and the Cookies and Cream flavors and I must say they were both amazing tasting.
Mixes well		Like Optimum’s other products, the powder is very fine and mixes quite easily in a shaker cup with either water or milk.
Recovery ability		Lastly on this list we have Glutamine, which helps aid in muscle recovery, muscle growth, as well as in the treatment of serious illnesses, injury, trauma, burns and some cancer treatments.
Anti-catabolic		Serine is the precursor of many enzymes and can cause anti-catabolic effects on the body.
Endurance		The last ingredient under this blend is Alanine, which can prolong stamina and boost energy,
