Strength		I have made some decent gains from using this protein and will continue to use it in the future!
Taste		I personally enjoy the Cookies and Cream flavor especially when it is mixed with some type of frozen yogurt (preferably vanilla or a good cappuccino flavor).

Taste		ON 100% Whey "Cake Batter" I bought this flavor because on the ingredient listing on this site it did not have maltodextrin listed for the flavor "cake bater".
Taste		Whats even worse is I judge a protein's taste on how good it is mixed with water.
Ingredient profile		When it arrived in the mail the first thing I did is read the ingredients and they are different than whats listed on this site for cake batters ingredient profile.
Ingredient profile		I give it a 1 overall for misleading ingredients between the sites description and the actual label when it arrived.


Fat loss		I definitely reccomend this if weight lost is what you are going for.
Taste		Like I said definitely worked, the taste wasn't the best


Texture		I am usually a chocolate guy for my protein so i decided to try something new so i went with cookies and cream and it was really good and it isn't to thick so it mixes well in just a plain shaker.
Muscle gain		It has a good amount of branch chain amino acids which are necessary building blocks for gaining muscle.

Recovery ability		And i would take it within 30 minutes after my workout because it is a whey isolate protein which breaks down really quickly, which is good for better recovery.

Taste		I am not a fan of the cookies and cream taste, the first month or two was fine
Taste		but after that i had to add fruit or natural penut butter to get rid of the taste, becuase i was sick of it.I love that it has Over 4 grams of glutamine and glutamine precursors as well as 5 grams of BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine, and valine) in each scoop!
Anti-catabolic		I have one right after my workout and usually 1 or 2 throughtout the day to keep my muscles repaired and to get bigger.

Taste		However, the serving for this brand is one scoop, whereas the brands I had been using were two scoops, so by doubling the serving to two scoops I got exactly what I was looking for, a good tasting shake with a high protein and low fat content.
