Anti-catabolic		Effectiveness(8/10) - Considering the amount of cardio I do, I would have to say it worked really well with helping me maintain muscle mass and decreasing post-workout soreness.
Value for money		Value(8.5/10) - It is reasonably priced averaging at about $50, which isn't too expensive considering cost per serving.


Recovery ability		This Product helped my recovery Big Time!! I mix it with Orange juice sometimes after workouts...I enjoy drinking it!!


Taste		This is the worst tasting, worst smelling protein powders I've tried.
