Taste		Simple, the taste is good, with a shaker cup it disolves real good in the milk or water,very low in carbs wich makes it perfect to take over night, very low, almost no shugar added and on those leg days you can take 2 scoops before bed and you won't a be having an upset stomach trough the night.Price is moderate especially if you're on a budget.What i do is that i usually take one serving in the morning with breakfast and another one at night about over an hour before bed, so if you really want to try something that's not expensive, tastes good and mixes easylly, i strongly suggest you to try this product from ON...

Value for money		I was a poor college student, and ON was one of the cheapest on the market


Taste		The Mocha Cappacino is an awesome flavor and if you're really adventurous you can blend up your own mocha frappacino with some ice, protein, and water ha.


Vascularity		While using this for the month or two that I used it I did notice increased vascularity in my left bicep and arm,
