Physical energy		Ive been using this for the past month, and it gives me the most energy and drive to lift than any other ive used.
Thermogenic effect		It has beta alanine in it so it does make your skin feel tingly and makes me sweat more,
Taste		I have the grape flavor and its not to bad
Taste		but has a aftertaste that kinda taste like you just drank some sort of acid.
Mixes well		The scoop is very small and it mixes very well.
