Pump		I think C4 has a better pump and tastes ten times better.
Taste		Tastes terrible almost worth throwing out.

Taste		Anybody that has said thisntastes good must work for the company.
Mixes well		My containers did not have any dry packs and the mix is clumping really bad.

Physical energy		i haves used jacked, c4, pump fuel, and neurocore, pump fuel and neurocore are by far my favorite, no skin crawly feelings no jitters, just great pumps and great energy, thumbs up to muscletech on this one, the only complaint i have is it taste, the taste is best described like artificial ****, just god awful, i had the fruit punch,

Physical energy		I havent taken jack3d in over a year because ive been trying out other preworkouts such as C4, NO Xplode, Assault and Craze, some did give me some good pumps (NO Xplode and Assault and C4) some gave some nice jitters (not craze) and some gave good energy (all except for craze again, i think because its more a mental preworkout supplement).
Physical energy		It gives great pumps, strong energy, jitters (i like them) all without a serious crash!

Crash	I was looking for a Jac3d type pre-workout without as much heavy stimulates which leads to a bad crash.
