Focus		Holy Crap, This stuff is brilliant, i used it monday and felt more focused with my work out and felt i could lift alittle more.
Taste		give it ago, Taste isnt great
Ingredient profile		At the end of the day all pre work out supplements are different for different people, it depends on how sensitive you are to the ingredients, for example jack 3d works well for some people, No xplode does too.

Physical energy		I started taking this when I needed a pre-contest energy boost on a reduced carb diet.

Physical energy		but I mix it with two scoops of amino energry orange rush and the ultra low calorie, no creatine, combo is perfect for me.
