Texture		Jack3d gives you that stim, twitchy feeling with a burst of energy that is short lived... and Rage seems to be a more natural "smooth" energy with no jitters, and no crash.
Physical energy		So I've been using this PW as a replacement for Jack3d and I can say that it performs either the same or better as far as energy goes,

Taste		I mix it with 4oz of real OJ (non concentrated) or Sunny-D... you don't even taste the stuff... (make sure you drink water afterward though so you don't dehydrate) But hey, we all learned in life that if its good for you, it usually tastes bad, its a small price to pay.

Physical energy		but with the single serving I had awesome energy and actually had higher numbers on all of my lifts which was a surprise.
