Pump		The Pumps I recieved from this product were very good, and they lasted around an hour after I finished my workouts.
Thermogenic effect		Instead it made me rather jittery and extremely sweaty.
Focus		CONS: I did not recieve as much focus as I anticipated.
Taste		PROS: This was by far the best tasting Pre-workout product that I have taken; It was comparable to Tang.
Value for money		This product was priced relatively cheap for the amount of servings you get from it.
