Physical energy		The energy is there from the begining to the end.
Endurance		I worked so hard through my entire routine and never even seemed to be fatigued or sore, until the next day and I realized how far I had pushed it.


Taste		I wish the experts didn't recommend that you cycle off preworkouts because this is one product that tastes AMAZING and I love the extra reps I get in at the gym.
