Muscle gain		well i ran a 30 day log, i gained 5 pounds, and broke some old PR's while staying about the same BF%.

Endurance		I feel like I could go longer and continue to pound out reps and add weight to the bar while on an 8 week cycle of the product ( 2 bottles ).

Recovery ability		I come from a background of low testosterone where gains are hard to come by, when I ran supertest I suddenly found some gains in the gym and my recovery between workouts was really affected by the supplement.
Taste		The only downside was the small black caps tasted bad IMO.


Vascularity		My vascularity in my forearms and Bi's were much better than usual too!
Fat loss		Even with inconsistant cardio and diet, I still got visibly larger and fuller in some areas AND leaner too!
Focus		I started taking the first dose about an hour before my workouts though, and really noticed a noticable increase in performance and focus while doing it that way.

Strength		Regular (as in the one i do for 20-30 reps) bench press went from 250 to 265 in a month, a 15 pound gain.
Strength		The amazing thing, is that i missed a few days due to illness and still made these awesome gains.
Strength		For those under the age of 30, one bottle every 6 months should give your lift a nice boost without destroying your testosterone production, kidneys, liver, etc. Remember, use responsibly.


Libido		When I used Super Test everybody thought I was on steriods because of the progress I made in a short period of time.Boosts Sex drive too :)

Strength		When I took this supplement combined with NO Xplode, I added 30 pounds to my bench press after 4 days, 20 pounds to my long bar curls, and various other incredible increases.
