Muscle gain		although my weight and body fat has gone up do to my bulk Ive notice huge gain in my abs chest and back.

Vascularity		I will definitely say this is a de-toxifier as it claims on the bottle because I've been hitting the can 5-6 times a day so i definitely think it flushes out your body system/ The one thing I have noticed is definitely more vascularity.
