Taste		The Green Assault is the best tasting supplement I have ever tried.

Strength		but a muscle strength and pump effect which is what I prefer.
Physical energy		It has a very clean energy and pretty much no symptoms of a crash (meaning none except short exhaustion after workout).

Strength		felt like an animal in the gym, didnt wanna leave and just kept lifting, couldnt believe it, i was just about to give up on pre workout drinks, recieved as a sample and im definatly ordering it up, tasted like kool-aid, looking forward to using it more!

Pump		Ive tryed quite a few pre W/O supps (Jack3d, 1MR, Superpump 250, Cellucor C4) and im not very impressed with the MP Assault.

Jitters	It just gave me that super jittery/tingley feeling and was definately messin with my stomach.

Taste		It got here Tue morning and I took a scoop Wed before my workout and man the taste is great, like a green jolly rancher I suggest using less water than max had a different after taste than the other flavors.
