Vascularity		The pump I got had me somewhat vascular (about a 7 on a scale of 1-10) and the creatine in it got my muscles pretty full (which I would rate a 9).

Pump		but I would recommend it to anyone, because in my opinion it is on par with Superpump250/Shotgun/NO Xplode.
Taste		Taste and color are probably the worst things about this product.


Taste		While Jack3d has around 4g of its proprietary blend..Assault is 10x the amount with a full scoop while also tasting great


Focus		but the itching was keepin me from gettin that dialed in focus, a deal breaker for me.
Pump		regaurdless of the reviews, remember everybody reacts different to things...live for the pump!
Taste		the green apple didn't taste bad so thumbs up there.

Strength		My bench press went from 225 one rep to 225 ten reps in one month as well.
