Value for money		Cost - The biggest drawback of this product is the price, its slightly on the pricier side for a preworkout.

Mixes well		the only thing that i didnt like about it was that the serving size is huge compared to all other pre-workouts and mixes with 16 oz of water instead of 4-8.
Value for money		i think this product is a little over priced as a 32 serving jar of it only lasts less than a month.
