Strength		I waited 45 minutes before I worked out and I didn't even make it past my 2 set of ez bar curls before my stomach got upset and I had to ****.
Taste		For starters the blue arctic rasberry tasted like medicine.

Physical energy		I have tried almost every pre-workout out there and Ive either had a 15 minute burst of energy, no effects at all or an extremely hard crash after working out.
