Physical energy		It just didn't give me the same pre-workout feel and energy that other products have.


Thermogenic effect		Just using the 1/2 scoop and it seems like I have faucet on my face, I sweat do much with this stuff and I don't even feel a pump.

Taste		Also, the taste is absolutely brutal unless you mix a scoop in atleast 20oz of water.

Ingredient profile		however very good ingredients (Beta Alanine, 3 Novel creatine sources, citrulline, etc.) and they do work.

Headache	I got headaches from this product (haven't experienced this with ANY other PWO).


Endurance		I definately had some extra stamina which in my mind, is basically all these supplements do.
Physical energy		I didn't think the Assault was doing anything until about 45 minutes into my workout, when I got a definate rush.


Physical energy		This sure does the trick, Ive taken Jacked3d and to compare the two, Assault gives me energy for the entire workout (mine are 1hr or 1hr 15mins) while Jacked gave me crazy energy for 20 to 30 mins then I was burnt out.
Pump		I workout in the AM before work so I need something to get me pumped and ready to do work.
Taste		I'm not much for the taste,

Physical energy		It works really good, BUT THE TASTE IS ALMOST UNBEARABLE This one is not for whimps, it gives you serious energy also, start out taking like half doses to get your tolerance up, because I first started taking full doses and it was making me sick, almost threw up! :(
