Taste		Taste isn't that great,
Taste		but who really cares about taste in a preworkout... Scoop size is pretty big, I started off taking 1/2 scoop and by the end of the bottle I was taking a full scoop.


Physical energy		it tastes disgusting, the scoop is huge, and it dose not give you much energy.

Pump		but doesnt give me jitters,doesnt make my heart race.And gives me AWESOME pumps.It will be my preworkout until something alot better comes along.

Taste		The flavor is good, easy to drink.
Taste		It takes about 45 minutes to start working, you will know because your mouth will begin to get gummy, and you will start to taste this product in your saliva.
Mixes well		It mixes better with warm water and you have to shake up the container every-time before using.

Taste		Only thing i do not like is you have to use a lot of liquid or it tastes bad and doesn't dissolve well.


Thermogenic effect		With assault im able to work out harder and I work up a very good sweat.
Strength		It's also helped me reach new weights, I can bench press 120 pounds and curl 95 on preacher curl.
Physical energy		It's not designed to give you some big burst of energy, its more a longer sustained type of energy so you don't tire out.
Pump		I think this is the best pre workout supplement bar none, I've tried BSN and gaspari super pump and I didn't get a **** thing out of them.
Taste		and for the taste if you big so called manly guys can't handle the taste or think its nasty and a girl can handle it and I actually like the taste, that's pretty sad.
Ingredient profile		Maybe if you read the label you would know that.

Gas or bloating	Made me feel weak and bloated never had a great workout with assault.


Pump		but not nearly as intensely as Gaspari Nutrition's Super Pump MAX which makes me feel like the Hulk.
Taste		It's fairly tasty at least! Mix it with about 16 oz of water though.
Ingredient profile		The creatine and other ingredients in Assault are helping me out, so I will not discredit Assault for that,
