Texture		The blue flavor goes down smooth, no starchy taste and it gives you that extra boost and the best pump ever.

Endurance		Definitely a very noticeable increase in training intensity and stamina while using this product.
Taste		Raz-Lemon taste is amazing.


Pump		With other pre wo i get to gittery, lose the pump within minutes, nauseated, and get the crash after wo.
Pump		Point being if you want to get pumped with extended "workable" hours at the gym ASSAULT is where to go.

Texture		It gives a smooth, steady charge that never feels too intense and lasts for a nice 2-4 hours then calmly subsides (no midnight jitters).
Focus		It not only helps me push through some extra reps in the gym it also keeps me focused through my MMA workouts and does a great job of buffering lactic acid buildup.
Taste		The Blue Raspberry tastes fine, a little bit like Jello mix.

Upset stomach	but Assault didn't bother my stomach at all like most preworkout products do.
