Strength		i took it for a month, 4 pills a day before bed on an empty stomach as recommended and saw no changes in weight and/or strength, except for what i would have expected from my regular workouts.

Fat loss		I did stack this with their Ripped Freak and that is now my go to combo I love it, I dropped some serious fat and upped all my lifts...seriously what more can you ask for from a legal sup?!?

Muscle gain		but after a while I had to try again, I switched to 1hour - 45 minutes before bed and it gave me great results at the gym and a bit of a better sleep as well; probably due to the zinc/magneseum in it.
