Strength		I started four weeks ago and with a good workout plan, diet, and protien intake I was able to move up twelve pounds, increase my strength, and the change in my build was so evident I've had a few guys at work ask me if I was taking sterioids.

Value for money		I didn't really notice a difference in gym performance other than maybe it made me more stubborn and helped me push out another rep or 2. I would't recommend TEST FREAK for anyone MY AGE just because of the price to result ratio.
