Physical energy		I feel energetic and there is a definite difference afta using this with Optimum Serious mass..


Taste		Slight flavour, if you have a weak stomach don't take it during the day as it can result in liquid poop.
Value for money		A fair price for a pure product from a brand with a great reputation.

Texture		The only small downside was that it doesn't mix well with water, and still a bit gritty on juice.
Taste		Completely tasteless as far as I could tell.

Focus		I have noticed that my focus is better during my workouts, which allows me to push myself harder.
Muscle gain		I haven't seen huge size gains from the creatine, I attribute my added size to my hard training and proper diet.
Recovery ability		It's a great recovery product and I definitely would recommend it.

Fat loss		I was using micronized creatine from higher power and actually lost close to 5 pounds when taking that supplement.
Value for money		Most likely because it was cheap and did not work so it was like consuming nothing


Strength		This is my first creatine product and after the one week of loading, and moving into the maintence phase my strenght has gone up drasticly.
