Focus		I have went through workouts without it on a few ocassion and I noticed a significant decrease in focus.

Physical energy		Taste isn't great, and its fizzy, like half carbonated...not much in the way of additional energy in the gym...didn't feel much of a pump at all...just made me feel nauseated while training...if you want an equivalent, have half a cup of coffee and go to the gym...will DEFINITELY not be buying this again.

Value for money		DO NOT waste your money on this product...I have tried most of the NO pre workout supplements, and this one is terrible!


Pump		i have tried alot of NO products and for me black powder is the best;;; no side effects like the picky sensation you get all over your skin from productions that contain "niacin" no heart racing like you get from other NO products;; just pure muscle pump from blood vessel dilation....true pump and the best workouts ever...will never change;;

Taste		the flavor is great as well, not too strong or sweet and not weak and watered down like some others I have tried.

Physical energy		First off the taste, was terrible, it tasted like Magnesium Citrate, if you've ever taken that for a laxative, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Then the fact that it didn't give me any energy, sometimes it even seemed like it had the opposite effect.

Strength		In the Last 2 months my workouts have been awesome with great strength gains.
Taste		So i bought a box to give it a try. 1 Packet with 8oz of water and tastes like KoolAid.
