Physical energy		but what really caught my attention was the 202 mg of caffeine.. cause im sensitive to caffeine.. **** this product is horrible i got slight energy and a terrible stomach ache and GAS LIKE CRAZY.. maybe it was the magnesium ... i dont know maybe because i stacked this with axis labs hemodralix and it was too much arginine for my body to handle.. will never buy again.. ill stick to the concentrated scoops!

Taste		I tried this product for a switch from NO Explode, well I was not one bit impressed with it at all, it tasted terrible and did not give me the intense workout that I was expecting, I have been using JACK3D for the last few months and find it great taste is not great because they do not add a bunch of fluffy fillers, workouts are intense....

Texture		The flavor is just so gritty and chalky tasting it makes it hard to down. it just gets worse the more you taste it IMO.
