Taste		yes, it looks like muddy grape juice; thats what you get in the world of supplements so for all you people ******** about how this or that product taste like crap, go supplement with kool-aid!!!

Skin flushing	maybe it was the caffeine or the overload of arginine that made me feel flushed.
