Thermogenic effect		but nothing that made me stop, I don't think I hydrated enough preworkout, anyways it was bomb no crash, no headaches,no puking, and the sweat just poured down my face it was a little nerve racking at first the feeling


Strength		I was absolutely STUNNED by the increase in both reps and max weight used - I was able to do weights I haven't done before for about 3 exercizes, and for most of the workout the reps were insane.
Taste		The person at GNC who assisted me suggested the Berry (which I would have gotten anyway), and told me to mix it with some fruit juice to make the taste tolerable.
Taste		After doing so, I actually didn't mind the taste at all, and in a way I liked it.


Strength		I have had significant size and strength gains while using Dark Rage.


Physical energy		The energy and added reps can only lead to more muscle growth.
Pump		It can cause some jitters and hyperness which is what turns into some hellatious pumps, and incredible workouts!

Upset stomach	although I don't personally recommend cola-fiz),without causing TO MUCH of an upset stomach.
