Recovery ability		I workout in a fasted stated and working out without intrabolic versus working out with is like comparing night and day, the recovery is phenomenal!
Taste		As far as taste goes it is pretty good when considering it is an WPH product and that most hydrolyzed whey products are relatively gross.
Taste		This one has a little sweet flavor of blue raspberry coupled with a little bit of the bitter, malty flavor of the WPH,
