IntrAbolic works by utilizing a unique whey protein hydrolysate (WPH) found exclusively in IntrAbolic. Our custom WPH has undergone a high degree of hydrolysis (over 30%) which supplies primarily low-molecular weight, di-and tripeptides we refer to as IntrAbolic-Peptides. As IntrAbolic was one of the pioneers of the intra workout market, I've recently decided to give it a go. I've tried some of the newer, more recent intra products with success, and I've heard great things about IntrAbolic, so I figured it would be well worth the shot. The verdict: I'm not too impressed. Yes, I had DECENT recovery, I had DECENT energy, heck, I even had DECENT pumps. But DECENT is hardly what you come to expect from a $36 per pound product. Probably the best part about this product was the taste and mixability, and I've experienced better in those categories as well. I'm not saying that IntrAbolic is bad, but I feel that there have been so many advancements in the intra market since it's release, that it's badly needing an upgraded formula. One such improvement would be the addition of waxy maize starch, at the very least. Final verdict: Decent.

Intrabolic is one of the best products I have bought in a long time. I have extra endurance that I have been searching for when I am doing long work outs (on a empty stomach) in the morning before work. The powder mixes VERY well, in about 20 seconds it is perfectly mixed. The citrus version tastes like orange juice and you eventually come to love it, I have not tried the green apple flavour. I wish there were more serving per container but it is definately worth it for this product.

So i've heard alot of talk and alot of hype about intrabolic. I have been using amino acid supplements for a long time now, so i figured it was time to give intrabolic a test.
I had citrus ice samples, about 4 packs. Not a fan of the taste. Downable by all means, but not enjoyable in my opinion, not something i WANT to drink during my workout. Also mixability wasnt so great, as i neared the end of the drink its clumped up a bit.
Positive are its actual effects. My endurance was great, felt like i could go all day, recoverability was noticable in the light of not being sore afterwards.
My problem is really the taste, so its gonna be a hit or miss thing. If you like the taste, its a great intraworkout product you should look into, i just prefer something i like the taste of.
Also, it is a little pricey in my opinion, around $35 average for 20 servings, not something i want to invest in

Although I've never really been a fan of ingesting anything too close to my workout, I decided to take a chance on Intrabolic, which is to be taken during your workout. Luckily, it mixed very well with water and didn't cause any bloat or weigh heavily on my stomach. The Citrus Ice flavor was alright, a mix of Orange and Lemon, nothing to write home about but a nice unique taste. Intrabolic contains amino acids as well as beta-alanine for endurance. It provided a noticeable boost during some of my more demanding workouts, so I have no doubts about its effectiveness. The only drawback is the price, which seems to be an issue with all of AEN's products. But if you have the money, it is a quality product, providing endurance, energy and amino acids.

Wild Berry Punch

There are two things that should have tipped me off to the mediocrity of this product - the word "wild" and the word "punch." Both indicate that a company has come up with a product that is somewhat fruity but not distinct enough to carry the name of an actual fruit, so what you get is a random blend of a flavor that really isn't that good. That's exactly the case here - kind of like a fruity, creamy flavor but it's nothing I'd want to drink on a daily basis.

Green Apple

I had heard some bad things about this flavor, but I couldn't believe it would be as bad as people said. I was wrong. This was gross, no other way of putting it.

I recently got to use a few samples of AEN's Intrabolic and boy was it fun. I was expecting just some simple strength and pumps higher than usual but I got much more. After a few minutes I could feel my muscles becoming fuller while also getting much more vascular. When working out it only got better and my lifts were higher than usual due to the intensity factor that Intrabolic brought to my workout. The focus was also great, it made me want to stay at the gym and train all day but I knew I couldn't do that so I just upped the reps which made for some good workouts. I personally recommend Intrabolic to anyone looking for good recovery, strength, and pumps during your workout.

At first i was very skeptical about IntrAbolic. I was seeing it as another of those Pre/intra weak workout formulas that claims a lot with poor results and major effects basically on placebo. BUT! oh lord no, i really love IntrAbolic, it isn't what i was expecting at all.

Energy 8/10 My energy levels during my workouts were very high with only 1 serving Intra/during it. I was able to complete a workout including weights and post cardio without a problem and fatigue wasn't present.

Ingredient Profile 8/10 It is very simple but very functional, it has all you need to prevent muscle breakdown, a good amount of vitamins, nootropics, BCAA's and endurance boosters.

Price 9/10 All you get for that price, its a deal. You will see a lot of benefits from recovering faster and able to workout more and extra intense.

Taste 8/10 The flavors are ok, actually tasty and not gross like many others, something similar to koolaid flavors.

I recommend this supplement, is one of those that you gotta try by yourself to convince that it works nice.

This product is in a whole different league when it comes to intraworkout supplementation. The addition of a high dose of beta alanine is good, as most supplement beta alanine these days anyway its good to have it in a supplement so I can save a dose of my other product for another day. The whey hydrolysate content is very impressive, as these are quickly absorbed as are the amino acids which are adequately dosed.

Taste is very good, both the new Citrus and new Apple flavors leave nothing to be desired. Mixability is good, given you follow the directions on the tub. When I used this as directed and sipped throughout my workout and for 1 tub, I noticed faster recovery times, less DOMS, more endurance - the benefits are endless. I also experienced more gains than in a month when I did not use this product, leading me to attribute at least some of that to IntrAbolic. Overall this is a very good intraworkout product that goes above and beyond the rest.

I have a lot to say about this product; some good, some bad. I have used other intra-workout supplements, and this is on par, if not better than the others. I used the old green apple flavor, which was more than tolerable. In fact, I started to really enjoy the taste after a few uses. They have revamped the flavor, and from what I hear, it is much better than the original. I have used two tubs of this product. The best efect from IntraBolic is the endurance that it provides. I found that if I sipped on it during my workout, I would have increased endurance towards the end of my workout. My lifting partner would be spent, and I would want to stay and do a couple more sets or exercises. Recovery was great while on IntraBolic as well. I hardly ever got sore. The biggest disappointment to me was the fact that the tub says that there are 20 servings. Both tubs got me about 16.5 servings, and I used a very level scoop. This may be due to some product settling, although I did shake the tub well. Overall, it is an excellent product, and I look forward to trying the new green apple flavor in the future.

EXCELLENT profile. The 5g of Leucine makes the L, R, V, K, F, T, I, H and M blend (EAA) top notch, to get that anabolism going. And 3.2g of Beta-alanine, definitely a healthy amount (especially stacked with ICX)

I gained 9 pounds over stack's use, so I definitely got some muscle growth, and limited breakdown. I was able to reach new PRs and continue to push myself hard in the gym. I did notice increased vascularity in the gym, but went away when cold. As for fullness, I do look fuller. I recovered quickly, as I wasn't sore much after each workout and was able to perform at nearly full potential the next workout. I could also be active later on in the day which is a bonus for sure. And yes, Mixes like a dream!

I LOVED it. The green apple flavor was great and it wasn't over sweet or sour. Just right and a great beverage I would enjoy at any time of day! One of the best tasting supps I've came across.

Value/Price 8.5/10
First and foremost a good clean stack that can help me make the gains I made in mass and strength if definitely a keeper if it's worth it. The IntrAbolic's label says 20 servings, but I only got 16.5 out of it, so just unlucky. It happens, but that's a few servings off the label claim though. Even so, it's a decent price for a great product.

Endurance AEN has a great product here with the Watermelon Intrabolic.I received it as a promo,had never tried AEN before,but will again for sure.The taste is perfect,not too bland not too sweet and you can tell it is watermelon,unlike some other watermelon flavored supps.It mixes easy with no leftover grit and not a lot of foam.Love the fact of the added protein and electrolytes.The 10g of aminos(both EAA's and BCAA's),along with the endurance/hydration blend,seem to give me a little extra to get through my workouts.Also,made as intraworkout,but I take it at other times of the day as well.Thank you AEN.

Endurance but I'm currently cutting and feel endurance, hydration, and overall performance is solid, more so than not taking any bcaa product.
Taste **Juicy Watermelon Flavor** This has been one of the best rated intra products for years so I definitely had to eventually try this out.
Taste There was an aftertaste which I believe to be the coconut water powder that I didn't like a lot

Taste but very apparent and the strange thing is to me the taste is the same anywhere from 6-16oz of water in which I've tried it.

Value for money Price: 9/10 Directions say 1-2 scoops so if you are using 1 scoop price is $.87 per serving at BB.com pricing which is very solid.
Value for money If you're using 2 scoops of course it gets pricey and you'll go through a 30 serving tub pretty quick.
