Taste		Bad supplement to prepare it says on the package itself, one of the worst in flavor, I do not recommend buying.
Value for money		the cheap cost expensive.

Mixes well		People complain about poor mixability which is true with all BCAAs, just mix it about 10 minutes before you take it and all will be disolved.

Recovery ability		did a serve post workout and before bed with casein and my recovery rate was awesome.
Value for money		great value and no marketing BS just a good old fashioned product that works.


Taste		although the lemonade flavor is not the best- find the BCAA+G Super Soluble Watermelon flavor & you're set!


Physical energy		This is my first try of BCAA powders and i definitely noticed the difference in my pre-workout... hightened energy in my warm up and stretches, and my muscles just felt like the fibers were waking up refreshed.
