While at the Arnold Expo this year, I had the chance to run across this product. I quickly scooped up this huge container of MRM BCAA + G which features all your essential branched chain amino acids with glutamine. This helpful mixture allowed me to have my amino acids and glutamine all in one serving and was very convenient. There were well over 100 servings in the container and I was able to split it with my training buddy which made the price very cheap as well. This product has helped me recover quicker and leads me to sustaining my muscle while performing all the cardio I endure.

This product comes in a lemonade flavor, which is by far a solid taste that mixes very easy. It tastes just like lemonade. Very good value.

Physical energy		It gives me renewed energy while running and I haven't been as sore as I normally am after a long run.
Taste		The taste is terrible

Physical energy		I cannot drink it in just water I add some to my pre-workout that has a really strong flavor so I do not taste it, then I add it to my amino-energy that I drink while I workout... it tastes like really nasty medicine and I have to chew gum to avoid blowing chunks all over the gym floor.
Recovery ability		It does the trick in aiding recovery and I really like that it has Glutamine added as well.

Taste		Taste is not the best and it's a bit harder to mix/dissolve than previous BCAA I had.


Strength		Since taking this I don't really get sore anymore and I've noticed a great increase in my muscle tone and strength.
Taste		This stuff... tastes like a monkeys anus.
Mixes well		Seriously hard not to puke everytime, I've mixed it into protein (in small doses it works) and preworkouts (works much better)


Strength		In my workouts, I find the supplement helps me maintain strength levels through the entirety of my 60-90 minute workout.
Taste		The taste is a tad sour and bitter for lemonade,
Taste		I recommend getting a creatine or PWO supplement that you do like and mix it with the lemonade for a better flavor.

Fat loss		After losing 15 lbs and 9% body fat, I have been at a plateau for a few months.
Mixes well		I found that is mixes well with protein powder.


Physical energy		I love taking this BCAA, it gives me an amazing boostof energy while I work out, I never get any sort of crash and my muscles heal well.
