Strength		I took the peak for 2 weeks by itself and then added in the Con-Cret,well lets just say that I hit two PR's on bench in this month and one on the leg press while taking this combo and especially after adding the Con-Cret!!!
Taste		The Blue Raspberry flavor was a little strong,but nothing that couldnt be handled,the smell was awesome

Gas or bloating	I put on muscle with little to no bloating,like with most other creatines...immediately after my log was over and my tub of Con-Cret were gone I ordered some more...this is one supp that will be in my stacks from now on...10/10


Pump		I used this product because i was looing to build more muscle and get better pumps out of my workouts.
Taste		I Got exactly what i was looking for, the blue raspberrry flavour is amazing!
Value for money		I found it pricey in store for such a small container

Gas or bloating	i wanted a product that wouldnt make me bloat too much and that i wouldnt have to take everyday..Its easy to use one scoop before a workout and it makes all difference!

Mixes well		However, they have changed their formula and now the powder forms into a clump that looks like a urinal cake.

Mixes well		Bought a bottle of this and after a few days it all clumped up into a hard "concrete" like substance.
Value for money		Creatine HCL works well, the price difference for promera's version isnt justified.
