Taste		I got the unflavored so that I didn't have to worry about weird flavor mixes with my protein.

Physical energy		I like to Mix it in with and with one serving Pack of 4C Energy rush with taurine....I like to **** it during the middle of my work day or for lunch.


Muscle gain		Two 48 serving containers down and I didn't see gains (coupled this product with combat powder, C4 and Amino1).
Taste		The snake fruit was semi bitter in taste and really had to choke it down while the lemon-lime was just so-so.

Gas or bloating	I wouldn't recommend to anyone personally unless they have severe issues with bloating, cramping or water weight gain using any other type of creatine.


Physical energy		During week two I felt I had more ATP energy to use than the previous.
Taste		Pineapple tasted pretty bomb - sweet and tart.


Focus		Definitely put me in the zone, got me focused, and was one of the best sessions I had.
