Pump		Don't think does anything for pumps or pre workout.
Taste		Tastes like grape medicine you hated when you were a kid.


Focus		the only down fall is that i dont get the focus like i did on jack3d while taking this.
Pump		With the Evp I take 1.5 to 2 scoops and get the best pumps from it.
Taste		The grape flavor isnt bad either.

Endurance		The pump seems to last all day and I can definitely tell I got a great workout due to that warm glowing muscle fatigue afterwards.

Anti-catabolic		I purchased this for the Luciene because we all know that Luciene is the anabolic activator and is especially important to building and maintaing muscle in the 40 and above age group.
