Pump		Instead of me usually having to wait a whole workout to get a pump in my muscles, you know the swollen ripped fire feeling.


Taste		Grape is also a very delicious flavor and it doesn't have a strong taste to it, which I love!
Ingredient profile		But when I found EVP, I was so excited because most of the ingredients in it were what I used to make my pre-workout with.

Jitters	EVP is not like your typical pre-workout, it doesn't give you crazy jitters or make you feel like your heart is going to explode.


Strength		I will go as far as saying that this gives you better energy and strength than Lit-Up and that's a stim based product!
Physical energy		It doesn't give you a supercharged feeling of energy like a stim product does.

Pump		My arms were so pumped half way through that I had color splots when I flexed my arms and extended them again right inside the elbow area.


Taste		Great taste, a little goes a LONG way, the best pre i've ever had, and i've tried many!


Fat loss		I also liked how it contains no caffiene or any stimulants so I could use it for late afternoon/evening workouts or workouts while on a fat burner as well.
Pump		The pump is insane without any bloating.
Taste		If you like the taste of Dimetapp, you will love EVP

Value for money		But costwise, most will find it expensive at $1.50-$1.75

Dizziness	It does not give you that super intense high, small minus to not feeling light headed and out of it.

Recovery ability		I don't really think this helped very much with my gains or recovery.
Pump		I had a very small pump barely noticeable.
Taste		But hey everyone is different and what didn't work for me might work for you...Taste was slightly better then some other products I've had.

Endurance		I can train longer and harder and do not fatigues as easily.
