Muscle gain		Over the last 2 cycles, I have gained over 8 lb of muscle, and gained as much as 40+ lb on my bench, and 50 on squat.
Strength		One con for this is once you stop using it, you lose alittle bit of your strength, eventually getting it back (just like any other creatine supplement) Animal rules!!

Strength		I use all animal supps and being a powerlifter and BB I have found that the line helps me keep strength and size,even when dieting,the cut packs are great also,great as a detoxifier also.
Pump		by far has beat any other pump supplement I have ever taken,liked it better than muscletek,nano vapor,BSN,six star BBS,your pump is so hard by the 2nd set of bis or back u can hardly bend your arm,those old pumps ypu get when you first started lifting.

Nausea or vomiting	I always take it with a little bit of food (half a protein bar or something) since taking pills without food can sometimes make me a little nauseous.
