Muscle gain		great product could tell arms and chest were getting bigger while taking this, only draw back was i would find myself getting easily aggitated while on the product, so i took out the stim pill and still work just as well

Pump		first CEE product used, Liked it, pump was good, didnt get the creatine effect i expected to get.


Muscle gain		It didn`t help me gain very much weight and I took it as a pre-workout, and didn`t feel very pumped and it wasn`t going to my muscles no matter what I would do to try and make it work.
