Taste		Good profile with absolutely amazing taste.
Taste		Breakfast and post workout I add some Cytocarb II for additional carbs and I take it as is at bedtime to tide me over until the next morning when I get to start my day off again with another wonderful tasting shake.

Taste		I've tried tons of different protein powders in the past and this is by far the best tasting one.

Recovery ability		Syntha is great for recovery, and I know this because as soon as it ran out I began feeling sore and weaker the day after my workouts.

Taste		Well this is the BEST tasting protein period!! also contains a lot of bcaas, fiber, digestive enzimes, MCTs and a great source of different proteins including glutamine peptides.

Gas or bloating	The bad thing is that it started to bloat me (very bad) and now I can't take it anymore.

Muscle gain		Now that they carry it in the larger 5lbs size I'm able to buy in larger qauntity and have longer lasting Banana Protien!
Taste		It is hard for me to find a good tasting Banana flavored protien since this is the flavor i like the most and BSN Synth-6 Banana powder makes the perfect tasting Banana flavor out there, trust me I've tried almost all bannana flavored protiens & this one is the best!

Mixes well		It mixes really well and doesn't settle quickly so I don't have to keep shaking it in between sips like other powders.
Physical energy		I love using this powder with some skim milk or crystal light as a meal replacement when I'm in a rush.
