Taste		cons 1. the biggest amount of protein in syntha-6 is whey protein NOT isolate which means about 50% goes to waste and ur body doesnt absorb it, 2. since a big portion of it goes to waste it creates bloating 3.its full of lactose so if ur lactose ur screwed just go for the iso 100 pros it tastes really good

Taste		Much of the Gold Standard flavors really only taste good with water and not milk.
