Shakes	I don't mind it because it isn't bad compared to some of the other shakes I've used.


Taste		but i prefer to mix with milk, i would prefer more protein per scoop so il be searching for a different protein for post workout, jst wish other brands tasted like this, i had the vanilla ice cream, rate it around 7-8 stars as it does what it says on the tin, enhances protein recovery with proper training and diet.
