I use Prima Force beta-alanine as well. As for the tingles, you normally get that when you take too much. A good rule of thumb is take a large amount and when you feel the tingle, back down. You should also probably take around 6-10 grams for it to be effective. BA also works best at lower reps, like around 2-3. So if you can bench 250 for 3 reps, you'd get to 4 or 5 with BA. Either way, if you got the money, this is probably one of the best supplements that you can take. It really is worth the money, and I personally think Prima Force or NOW BA, gives you the most bang for your buck.

the tingle effect really isnt that bad, i kind of even like it, and it tends to go away after you have used it for a while and you get used to it.

as for dosing tho, i have always seen that anywhere from 3.2g-6.4g a day works, anything else is overkill or not enough so in my opinion 6-10g is going to be too much and only a waste. ill look for the study that says this

To above believers in "bulk"

Try out Intrabolic and/or IntraXcell... I guarantee you will change your mind. You get what you pay for, high/top quality BA, and well dosed in the products.

Intrabolic is more expensive because AEN can charge a premium for combining effective ingredients into one product - not because of BA quality. Not all of us want to spend over $1.50 per serving of intraworkout product. I've used a few other products such as First Order, and the results were no different.

With that said, the whole point of BA supplementation is to increase muscle carnosine concentrations. Beta alanine in addition to a solid creatine product will suffice to this point.
