A few comments on History's review:

Since creatine monohydrate is below sodium caseinate in the ingredient list, and there is 120 mg total sodium per serving, then there is less than 120 mg of creatine monohydrate per serving, possibly much less. So, the creatine content is probably negligible, unless you're having several servings per day. I have only one serving each night; more would get too expensive for me.

I discovered a technique that works well for the clumping, if you're using a shaker cup. (I found that the vanilla and chocolate flavours clump a lot, whereas the strawberry and banana cream do not clump at all, for some strange reason.) If you shake it a lot, then leave it in the shaker for 5-10 min, then give it another shake and leave it for 2-3 more min, it mixes much better. I then use a spoon to press whatever clumping may remain against the sides of the cup before drinking it. Without doing that, I don't really get to enjoy the delicious flavours, since after eating the clumps, what's left is more "watered down."

You try out the Blender Bottle? That thing has been a blessing to my busy life. Works like a charm and doesn't leak.
