lol not the same thing here
that was simply a plant...
chia is the seed from a plant in the desert. it provides a good ratio of omega 3s and fiber and comes with plenty of health benefits

Seriously though, this does look like a solid product at a great price, I'm always a bit wary of supplements that try to do too much though.

thats definately understandable. i didn't purchase this product expecting it to help me cut up or gain strength/mass
i got it simply because i read up on it, and it is supposidly good for general/overall health. i mean, its got omegas, anti/detox, and fiber, so i saw it being potentially good, bought a tub and tried it for a while, i noticed a pretty good increase in endurance and comfort in my joints, i'm thinking it is attributable to chia pro because its the only change in my diet/supplementation
