I really like this product. When taken before I lift or bike (lots of hills) I find I have much more stamina. The taste isn't bad/awful. The only knock is a slight tingling sensation after drinking it. That subsides and I usually have a very good workout. Excellent product to take especially if you are dragging.

Great recovery drink, especially if you are working out a lot. My wife will take it too even when's not working out as a pick me up! Taste is solid. Good product!

Great supplement to take to keep cholesterol/lipids values in check. I was able to reduce my total cholesterol levels from 245 to 220 in 3 months taking this while improving the ratios. Great supplement to take daily or when "on cycle".
