Prima force beta alanine is one of the best supplements ive used. It increases endurance and allowed me to lift much more than I had before. Its extremely cheap for what you get, and it mixes great in protein shakes. I noticed that when i went off of beta alanine, that my lifts werent as productive, and that I was getting tired quicker. Beta alanine is one of the few supplements that I believe should be a staple in your supplement stash. When comined with creatine, it allows you to do some much more, and increases lean body mass. The only thing about beta alanine, is that you do feel a slight tingle when you take higher dosages, but this is a gauge of how much you should take. I usually take it during my workouts, and in the mornings. I would highly recommend this product if your looking for a solid beta alanine supplement.

The first thing I looked for in a weight gainer product was the protein content, and how much sugar it had. This product had plenty of protein, and had a low sugar content. Of all the weight gainer I found, they were all loaded with too much sugar, or were too pricey. Real Gains was one of the only ones that fit my criteria, and was within my price range. The taste was mediocre, nothing too special, but nothing great. The mixability is great especially at the dosage per serving. It does have some simple sugars, so this would be a better pre/during/after workout shake, but it would still suffice as a meal replacement. Overall I would definitely recommend this weight gainer if you need to put on some weight without putting on excessive amounts of fat like you would with other weight gainers.

Orange Triad is the absolute best vitamin I have ever used. This product has more vitamins and minerals than normal supermarket vitamins, and it is far more effective. For 30 dollars, you get not only a vitamin, but a joint supplement, and a digestive/immune system aid. The joint support is really good and does relieve some joint soreness. the digestive aid is mild, but you do notice a difference. When I started taking Orange Triad, I noticed that I could lift more weight and had more energy. This is probably due to the fact that I was deficient in a few vitamins, which make a load of difference. I know some people don't put much value on in a multi vitamin, but it is the single most important supplement, and this product is the best purchase ive made in years. If your looking to maximize gains, this is one of the best vitamin supplements on the market.

If your looking for a fat loss supplement, this is one of the best ones out there. I have tried lipo6, green tea, caffeine alone, and much more. The one thing about this product is that it has carbolin 19, which is supposed to help you retain muscle mass while dieting. I found that cutting weight was the easiest when using hot rox, since it allowed me to lose plenty of fat, while sparing my hard earned muscle mass. It also doubles as a energy supplement, although the effects are much greater if taken on an empty stomach, which is recommended. It comes with 110 pills, which will cost around 40 dollars, and last you about a month depending on how high of a dosage you use. I would recommend building a tolerance to the stimulants, if you do not already take stimulants. If you do not, this particular product can cause discomfort, since it does contain caffeine, and yohimbe. As long as you keep your diet clean, and make sure you exercise, adding in hot rox will definitely maximize fat loss.
