I picked up some of this from my local grocery store because I needed some protein quick and didn't have any other way to get it that day because I didn't want to pay so much at GNC. It was $12.99 for 2 pounds so the price was right. It is a combination of whey isolate and concentrate with some creatine thrown in, although I'm not sure how much. So if you have stomach issues with concentrate you may want to look elsewhere. It mixed fairly well, no problems in a blender or shaker, don't use a spoon. It tastes much better in milk than it did in water so keep that in mind as well. Overall not bad if you need a quick protein fix.

One of the best stimulant based fat burners I have ever tried. The energy you get really isn't jittery at all. It also doesn't come on very strong all at once. It is more of a creeping energy, by the time you hit your first set in the gym you realize it has kicked in. Appetite suppression was great on this stuff and it also enhanced with my mood, gave a good sense of well being. No crash afterward either, which is a big plus for me. It did give some strange tasting burps but thats no big deal. Dropped the weight pretty quickly, although this also was a very strong diuretic for me, seemed like I had to go to pee a lot more than usual.

Overall was a very good non stimulant fat burner. It helped keep cortisol levels very low in my opinion, which also made my joints sore sometimes. Increased delayed onset muscle soreness was a problem sometimes as well. I would recommend a joint care supplement along side Lean Extreme. If you are looking to retain muscle while on a cut this is a great product as well. It can be stacked with many other supplements, as I stacked mine with Activate Extreme and AMP2 from Ergopharm. Not only did I lose fat but I gained some muscle and strength from this combination. If you are looking for a great recomposition supplement this can be the base to which you build your stack around.
