PW is that intra-workout key to increasing your stamina during cardio and giving that extra rep in the resistance field. The best benefit is the massive reduction in DOMS and reduced recovery time. I personally mix 2 scoops to approx 60 ounces of H2O and it is truly a treat. I dread plain water at this point. Keys to success, mix prior to workout and use ice cold water.
